Re: AUCTION VENDING MACHINES ARE NOW OPERATIONAL
I'm confused about the auction time(s) Is the page reading my location? I thought they were due to close 8 PM PST. I Live in EST. I am surprised to see that all the auctions are closed. :(
perhaps @rob idea for countdown would avoid confusion in this regards.

Re: How long to hear back from an editor
@phobosbtc I use Google Docs and then convert Markdown via https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/markdown-pastr/pjeclabeidkcjhopjbgpiimlaccpdkgk http://demo.agektmr.com/MarkdownPastr/
it has some quirks but still a helpful tool

Re: Coindesk Sentiment Index
I'm a bit surprised they went with this dated approach rather than using an algorithm to scour social media to determine sentiment.
They could be scouring Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, BitcoinTalk, LTB Forums even their own forums.
Topsy sentiment for example http://topsylabs.com/2012/01/16/predicting-stock-prices-using-topsy-social-sentiment/

The first companies to ever try to automate something like this was around 1999 they were MindFulEye and Netcurrents

Netcurrents was using tech for a company I worked for called Webmind (a.k.a Intelligenesis)

Re: [CLOSED] 100K LTBc Design Logo for my Website
Amazing work from everyone all around. This is one of the reasons I like to close the contest relatively early. Everyone was submitting such great work I had to let the LTBc flow.
