Inspired by the idea @deweller had to encourage tipping (http://ltbcoin.com/discussion/13/idea-to-encouraging-tipping?), I know am thinking about using a similar strategy to grow the distribution of LTBCoin itself. 
The simplest way is an optional referral param for the registration containing your username. For whoever signs up, there could be a bonus for the referrer and the referred person. This has tended to work well for companies such as Dropbox and may also work in this context. The pool for these bonuses could be some small amount of the overall pool for content creators.

  Thanks for the shout, but Adam deserves any credit for the proof-of-tip idea.
  The LTBcoin bonus for a referral sounds like a good idea to me.  It seems like a natural way to grow membership of the network.
  This is something that will need to be embedded into the LTB content platform that is being built.  I expect the developer will have a long list of features to add.
