I received this message "You must authenticate the user or provide author_name and author_email" when I replied to someones post. I tried searching for this term, but nothing came up and I don't see any forum help page. What caused this message (never got it before) and how do I comply with either of its instructions?

Thanks

I was reading the article The Evolution of BitShares (Formally ProtoShares) and replied to a poster (@zaubergeld). When I hit submit, that message (You must authenticate the user or provide author_name and author_email) popped up next to a triangle with an exclamation mark in it.

ahh, sounds like it might be a hiccup on Disqus's end (disqus is the third party comment system we use for articles). does it happen to you every time?

To whomever...thanks for relocating my question. I wasn't sure where to ask and now I know.

    Cheers

That's crazy I've never never heard of that before, it seems rather strange.
