Hey everyone. Thought I might share this 'free'(not entirely) trading bot with people from LTBForums. I've been using it for about 2-3 weeks and although I have not made a lot of money trading, I have made some money off trading while using this bot. It trades 10X/20X futures on OKcoin or Margin 3.3X on BitFinex.

You are probably starting to ask "so it's free, don't trust it". Well it's not entirely free since the developers of the bot take a cut of 20% for each profitable trade the bot did for you. So if you make 0.1 BTC profit from a trade, they will take 0.02 from your profit leaving you with 0.08BTC.

Okay, so this is my referral link if you'd like to try it out and the first profitable trade is free to do- https://auto.exchange.pink/register/d3i/

So far the bot only works on OKCoin and BitFinex and the method they use is to have you set up an account on their website and provide your API and API secret key from your trading exchange. To test this bot out I recommend that if you have already have an account on either of these two exchanges you just create another one and seed it with a small amount of BTC to test out the bot. That way you are not testing the bot with your entire stash of trading BTC.

The way the bot takes its percentage cut of the profits is through your Autoexchange account which you must provide with some BTC. So for example, if you are trading with 0.5BTC and your target profit is to have 0.65BTC you should ideally have at least 20% of 0.15BTC in your autoexchange account, which is around 0.03BTC.If you'd like to just test out the bot for free before providing autoexchange with any BTC you can do one profitable trade with it before it will stop trading for you.

Now you all might have questions regarding the functioning and performance of the bot. The amount of user control is limited to setting how many contracts(Futures OKCOIN) or margin(BitFinex) you want the bot to make as well as setting take profit levels and stop-loss levels. The way the bot trades is not "High Frequency" and thrives on large swing plays and will wait for those to happen before taking a position. With this recent rise to 268 the bot correctly took a long position very early and some traders made 200% profit (20X OKCOIN).

For the most part the bot on OKCoin(penner) and BitFinex(Procopius) have made some good calls and a few bad calls. It is a little sensitive to catching a fakeout in which it takes a position too early and then has to reverse it quickly, often costing you some -% loss (one day it was -20% for me, but then the next move made me 24%).

If you'd like to see how it trades there are two videos showing the lead trader who designed the bots explaining how the bots work and what kind of trading they are suited for a well as what kind of take profit and stop loss levels they can trade within.

Personally I am using around 0.25BTC to trade with and had I not been as cautious in some situations or greedy at other times I would have closer to 0.4 BTC, whereas I now have about 0.3 BTC.

Just a heads up, this recent upswing netted quite a healthy percentage profit. For people on 10X the bot bought long contracts at ~239 and at the height of 249.50 the bot would have made around 50% profit if you set it to take profit at that level (each 1$ increase in price equals around 5% profit on 10X) That means if you put up 0.5BTC to trade with you would have 0.75BTC (not including the -20% from total profit of 0.25BTC)

Hey Goefells, can you please keep us updated on this, might try it out if it goes well. I wonder if anyone else on this forum has tried a trading bot, do tell if you have.

Yeah I plan to. Usually this bot is very cautious and only makes moves that gain you over 10% at least and possibly 3-4 times a week. It's not perfect as it has been faked out twice in the past week and cost me personally -20% of the amount I put up to trade, but it definitely made it back in the later trades with each trade netting above 20%, with this current one giving about 50%. If you want to try it out for free just put 0.1 into OKcoin and set the bot to trade. It wont trade it straight away since it will wait for the most opportune moment to take the trade.

Another update. The bot incorrectly played this one-it went long at 247 and if you had your stop loss set up correctly you would have been out -10/-15%. The bot then tried to short at 245 but unfortunately missed the train ride down which could have meant another 50%+ profit had you closed the contract at 233. Unfortunate, but this dump was so fast not even a machine could catch the down :P

Now we wait to see which way the market turns.
