We know and expect the LTB Network to create a large and vibrant community for bitcoin and virtual currency users. To use the LTBcoin to keep it oiled and running is indeed novel.
I see that decentralization is a core idea with great appeal to this project.
Ultimately, this project would be a hub leading to multiple blogs.

Most users would not be going through the entire content. They would be selective, interested in specific and important pieces of information. The hub would house too much information causing a problem to the users.
Considering the many reward structures  we are going to have in place, having one reward structure to solve this specific problem could be feasible.
Apart from Blogs, there would be groups of people whose task is constantly maintaining information generated as a list in order of priority. Maybe called the LTB News Letters?
Each of these LTB News letters would maintain their own perspective and philosophy in maintaining their respective list of content omitting and selecting from the content generated on the LTB Coin network.
The full list of LTB News Letters is presented on the LTB Hub.
Users would go through the lists and gradually favor a few as per their taste.Much like the Letstalkbitcoin performed a voting using the Bitcoin when becoming the Lets talk Bitcoin network, each user would vote for lists as per their judgement using 1 LTBCoin to the tipping address of each newsletter.
Proof Of Publishing could include a component for specifically rewarding these News Letters. This reward could be distributed per newsletter per vote per adjustment factor. The adjustment factor could be mathematically derived to keep self voting from being profitable.
Could such a component lead to a complete decentralization and autonomous LTB Network?

More productive might be "Critics". Critics may judge articles or other media based on how well they meet certain criteria. For instance, a libertarian Critic might rate material on the amount of subject matter it contains with a libertarian bent. There could even be very specific Critics, maybe even one for each alt-coin.

Critics might be automated, simply scanning articles/posts for keywords and subscribers could then rate the items it chose to include based on the actual context of the content. Eventually, anyone might be able to launch their own autonomous Critic by simply initiating a program, checking off or entering certain keywords or phrases and then releasing it to scour the LTB network.
