New sticky thread for price speculation

Is it possible to get a new sticky thread or forum somewhere that can house all the price speculation threads? I feel like I'm seeing 5 new threads a day that are simply new members asking what is the LTB rate, how much do you think ltb will grow too etc over and over again. Some of these I'm sure are valid questions but I can't help but feel some are just spam posts in the hope of getting extra posts,

I feel if we have a single thread it might cut down on the new threads as it will allow new members to have somewhere to look before they open a new thread. When a user asks we could have mods just link to this thread and lock the new thread every time there is one that pops up. Or they could send a pm with the thread and delete the new thread if it looks like spam.

  I was more trying to see if others are feeling the same way as myself or if I'm a one off.

  I'm not sure if there is currently a thread that I would say is worth sticking. I'm thinking that it would almost be worth having a mod start a new thread that way they can update the first post with new exchanges and tools such as the LTBc Toolbox. Or if the mods don't have time to maintain it I would be willing to write up an opening thread post and maintaining it.

  I think this would be a good idea. Better to have one thread for it than a bunch of random threads talking about price crashes / price spikes and random speculation etc.

  Was just thinking about this while at my brothers and I'm wondering what everyone thinks the best way to implement this would be?

  The two options I can see working is to have a sticky btc thread and a ltbc thread as they are the two I tend to see the most often brought up in in the general forum. Or we could create a new forum called "Market Speculation"(or something) and sticky them there, people can then still speculate on other coins as there will be times when a coin has a break out moment and we can try and keep all the coins to a single thread when possible.

  What are your guys views on this?

  I like the second idea which is the "Market Speculation" board.

  It will be more organizied and we could have as many threads as we want.
