Help - am I in the rewards program?

On my profile page, it still tells me this: "It looks like you have not yet registered for the LTBcoin Rewards Program!"

But I have, I've included a counterwallet.co address in my profile and verified it. Is there anything else I need to do? Also, my balance shows up as NAN on:

http://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/post/ltbcoin-user-balance

Any help is greatly appreciated. One last thing, are you guys planning to add a newbies/help section somewhere on this forum?

  Oh - I just found the LTB platform support section, sorry I didn't see it sooner... Can a mod please move it there?
