Gift Certificate for a Cafe on Counterparty?

@deadnettlez Hello! I am attempting to create a gift certificate for the cafe i work at. Is this possible on counterparty?

Do you plan to have paper certificates? Doing this stuff in real life might actually be less convenient and solve a problem that you don't actually have (fraud).

I could be totally wrong, can you tell me what you'd like to do, who you want it to appeal to and what result you hope it will accomplish?

  The cafe is the type of place where customers feel very connected to the people who work there (most of us have worked there for a decade or more.) The owner is very interested in transitioning the business into a employee owned business. I wonder also if the customers could also become owners\ stakeholders as we compensate them for services they provide (landscaping, marketing, loyal patronage) As we sell more gift certificates perhaps a percentage of the sales could go the stakeholders in the form of this shop generated credit. The luddits amongst us could hold their stake in the form of public\private keypairs on paper with our shopsticker sealing the folds. Perhaps I need only print the QR code connected to the asset?
