feature request - boards select for recent posts

Earlier today when I was on my cell I stopped by to see what was new and 6 of the top 10 posts were from the Non-English boards(not saying that there is anything wrong with this). It would be nice if we had the ability to monitor the boards we watch more often and hide posts from boards we don't spend time on.

I was thinking something like all the boards have check boxes in the control panel and if you want to hide certain boards from the recent posts section(or create a new section call it "Member Followed Boards") then you simply uncheck the box.

  thanks for the suggestion. we are in the process of coming up with a total revamp of the existing forum layout/design

  Not sure if this suggestion has been made but I would prefer if the date of the original message post was located at the top of the message.
