Before I post in a forum, I'd like to see if that topic alredy exists, so searching before posting, is the default behavior.

If the search-functions dosn't exist, how do I check that my topic dosn't alredy exists?

    Agreed! Search is something they are already working on. For how you can type the following into a Google search box to do a forum search:

    search:http://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/ your_search_term

    Replace "your_search_term" with what you want to search.

    This will get you through until search gets built in.

    Are you referingt to the "site:"-parameter in google searhces, to find post about "search" for exemple:

    "search site:http://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/"

    https://www.google.se/search?q=search+site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fletstalkbitcoin.com%2Fforum%2F

    Search is coming soon, we were delayed because of the crisis with the podcast feed not working properly. We're in early days, which is why there are fewer people here and thus the LTBCOIN is spread to those who are willing to help us even in these early days :)

    just add a google-search-bar somewhere, until you done with your own.

    for exemple, just dump this html somewhere:

    <script> (function() { var cx = '003450230684201614891:tdhwchbmzv0'; var gcse = document.createElement('script'); gcse.type = 'text/javascript'; gcse.async = true; gcse.src = (document.location.protocol == 'https:' ? 'https:' : 'http:') + '//www.google.com/cse/cse.js?cx=' + cx; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(gcse, s); })(); </script> <gcse:search></gcse:search>
