Is it possible to change the username keeping same email address, without switching to a new account?

For example, switching from sgk to RDX ?

I went through the account settings but couldn't see anything there.

  You can't change the username by yourself, try to pm a mod but I don't know if it's possible.

  OK, how do I know who is moderator? There doesn't seem to be a list. If any moderator is reading this, can you please guide me?
